We have played a key project management role in newbuild programmes for Carnival Corporation across four world-class passenger vessels, delivered naval architectural analysis and project management for defence clients including the Irish Navy, the Welsh Government, and the Japanese Navy, contributed to offshore renewable energy infrastructure in the Baltic Sea, and delivered engineering and project management services on offshore operations in West Africa.

Proven expertise in naval architecture, offshore & subsea cable engineering, installation methodologies, and risk assessment, with a strong track record of optimising project performance, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with international standards and HSE regulations. Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams, managing high-value budgets, and coordinating with stakeholders across the full project lifecycle—from design and procurement to installation and commissioning. Recognized for strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and mitigate technical and operational risks.
