About us
Tjaks Engineering & Consultancy Ltd provides world-class engineering and consultancy services to clients operating at the forefront of the global maritime and offshore energy sectors. Our team brings proven hands-on experience from some of the most technically demanding projects in the industry, grounded in sound engineering principles, commercial acumen, and a track record that speaks for itself.
We have managed newbuild programmes for Carnival Corporation across four world-class passenger vessels, delivered naval architectural analysis and project management for defence clients including the Irish Navy, the Welsh Government, and the Japanese Navy, contributed to offshore renewable energy infrastructure in the Baltic Sea, and delivered engineering and project management services on offshore operations in West Africa with TechnipFMC and Modec Ghana.
Our objective is not simply to fulfil a brief. It is to be the engineering partner our clients rely on at every stage of the project lifecycle, bringing the technical precision, regulatory knowledge, and commercial discipline that complex projects demand.
our vision
To be the trusted global partner of choice in maritime and offshore engineering, recognised for technical excellence, innovative problem-solving, and the consistent delivery of high-quality solutions that advance the future of the maritime and energy industries.
Our Core Values
Our values are not statements on a wall. They are the principles that govern how we work, how we engage our clients, and how we deliver on every project commitment.

Innovation
We embrace advanced technologies and forward-thinking engineering approaches to solve complex challenges, continuously improving the quality and efficiency of our solutions.
Safety
Safety underpins every engineering decision we make. Protecting people, assets, and the environment is not a compliance obligation. It is a professional responsibility we take seriously on every project.

We work closely with our clients, partners, and stakeholders to develop solutions that are technically sound, commercially viable, and precisely aligned with the requirements of each engagement.
Excellence
We are committed to the highest standards of engineering quality and technical performance. Every deliverable we produce is a reflection of that commitment.
